I’m a great believer in the benefits of great nutrition and exercise, and a particular product in our range that I love is the Argi+. Personally, I don’t use it every day (although you can!); instead, it’s something I have when I’m doing cardio exercise – which could range from horse riding, to spin class or even a boot camp!

These vitamins are paramount to good nutrition, as I learned when I had the chance to listen to Patrick Holford at one of our events. However healthy your diet, supplements can be an absolutely key addition – especially vitamins B and C. These vitamins are water soluble, which means they are easily expelled from the body throughout the day – so it’s really important that they’re kept well topped up. That’s where supplements like Argi are a perfect enhancement to a healthy, balanced diet.
As well as ensuring your body has enough vitamin B and C, it’s also essential to include Omega 3 fatty acids in your diet. Sometimes, it’s too easy to take our health for granted, reaching a point where we don’t take care of ourselves properly – particularly where stress is involved. And as stress has such a detrimental effect on our immune system, it’s crucial that we reduce it and help our bodies to cope with it where we can.
I must admit, before I learned about the importance of nutrition, I was really sceptical about taking lots of supplements.
